These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them — please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Rebivi Store, with its office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Rebivi Store.

2. Using our website

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using it with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you can enter into a binding contract. If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the site.

3. Products & prices

We make every effort to show products and colours accurately, but your screen may not display them exactly.
Prices are shown in euro (EUR), or converted to your local currency at checkout where available, and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country: these are the customer’s responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).
We may correct errors and update prices or product information at any time, and we may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products.

4. Orders & contract

After you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance: the contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. If we can’t fulfil your order (for example because an item is out of stock or there’s a pricing error), we’ll let you know and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.

6. Delivery & risk

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, refunds and your statutory 14-day right to cancel are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Returns must be requested by email first and sent only to the warehouse address indicated in the return authorisation. Refunds are issued once the returned parcel has been received at that warehouse and inspected. Customs duties and import taxes are not refundable.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and the “Rebivi” name — belongs to Rebivi Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; to spread viruses or malicious code; to attempt to access our systems or data without authorisation; to infringe intellectual property; or to harass or harm others. We may suspend access to the site if these Terms are breached.

10. Liability

Our website and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rebivi Store and its officers, employees and partners against claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, courier failures or interruptions to power or the internet.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
